Add Discussion Group/Forum to my website

I'd like to add a groups feature to my personal website. My website is hosted on Linux/Apache/MySql. The primary reason I want to do this is so that I can reap the benefits of the advertising that I can display on such pages. I already have phpBB & yabBB installed & working. I need someone to customize them to match the look & feel (colors etc.) of my website. I need you to integrate Google AdSense into the forums: Can you add advt. (Google AdSense Banner) in between forum pages? Can you add advt (Google AdSense vertical Banner) on the right? Can you add my site's NavigationBar on the left? Obviously you will have to add a new "forum" button to the site menu so that it shows on all the other pages too. I don't really care which one of the 2 we end up using, I can just as easily throw the other one away.
