Access import/export

This program must be written in Access 2002. **Please do not respond if you cannot use Access 2002. Thanks!

The purpose of this program will be to import a tab delimited text file and then export that same file out as Excel. The program should do the following:

* Import a tab delimited text file (could be 1 to 255 columns)

* Treat the first row as containing field names

* Delimiter = tab

* Text qualifier = none

* Format every column as text data type (this is important!!)

* Let Access add primary key

* Save the table in Access

* Exports the table to Excel (97-2002).

This program must be launched via command line, with 3 arguments:

1. The name of the source text file.

2. The name of the Access db to create

3. The name of the table/Excel file to create

We are looking for fast response on this project. Preferably one day. If this goes well we will expand this project to include other tasks.

A sample tab delimited file is attached.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
