Need some custom Drupal work done on a site. Below are the items that need to be completed. - Link URL from comments field to the person's name instead of displaying it as a url - Display the URL field in the comments screen for anonymous and authenticated users - Create custom comments page for articles using views (partially created here but showing duplicates: [login to view URL]) - Link comments count to a custom static page outside of drupal Please send me your hourly rate as I may have more items to work on besides the ones mentioned above.

I have arround 3+ years of strong understanding of best practices in Drupal development and theming, in order to: o custom module development, advanced theming and site configuration. o high availability and multisite configurations. o multilingual web sites. o social network integration, especially with Facebook, MySpace, Hi5, and Orkut. * The ability to interact with clients and help them to understand Drupal. This includes: o Collect requirements and present deliverables o Train and help people understand how to use a system o Think and communicate strategically about how best to configure Drupal for a particular purpose * Knowledge of PHP and MySQL development techniques, including the following: o using svn for code checkouts, version control, and deployment techniques. o troubleshooting issues that occur at the server level, related to database throughput, preprocessor configuration, memory resident storage, and more. o web server and datbase tuning. * The ability to work without direct supervision, to make use of internal project management tools, to diligently record your hours in the timekeeping system, and to keep others aware of your schedule for planning purposes.
