Delphi & EXE app for Pre-made Software - repost

This work requires a quite complex script installation with a 90% manual guide provided and make EXE application to this premade script and software. This script works to prevent fraud activites of customers' upon digital products such as buy and get immediate refund, download by incomplete payment, use the digital products forever while they already got refund/not subscribe anymore and so on. 90% manual guide provided especially on installation on web server, but you need to make all the features and functions work 100% along with monthly payment system ( I choose Paypal & Credit Card as my way of receiving payment from customers). I need a coder who's familiar with PHP, and also Delphi so I can brand the Locker EXE software file for my own business. PS : It has two files - one for you to make EXE application. the other one to upload to webhost. #1 - File to make EXE application: I need to find a programmer familiar with Delphi to compile the [login to view URL] for me. They simply need to change the URL paths from [login to view URL] (the original site) to my own domain and replace the graphics, then compile the new locker file. #2 - File to upload and install in my web server: I need you do this also.
