Cellphone background image shopping cart

PHP/SQL/WML developer required for a cell phone background image site. To bid on this project, you must have extensive experience with PHP/SQL and shopping carts. You must be familiar with WML, and preference will be given to bids from developers who have experience with WML "security". Design teams with excellent graphic design skills, or the ability to integrate complex third-party graphic designs, will also be given preference. The project involves reworking a shopping cart (preferably OSCommerce) to allow a user to purchase tokens which can be redeemed for images. When purchased, these images will go in a WAP/WML "locker" that a user can browse to via their cell phone to download. We would like to use AuthorizeNet for a payment gateway and possibly PayPal as well (common modules for OSCommerce). The site must be able to be compatible with as many of the phones on the market as possible, and offer ease of adding new phone compatibility. In the long-term, we would like to implement keyword searching for images, an easy way to bulk-upload new images, and an easy way to display images in reverse-chronological order (newest first). If you have already implemented a project like this using your own methods, we will consider purchasing your system and your development time to tweak it for our needs.
