Crystal Reports Spec Cleanup

I have a fairly simple database which I would like to create some visual reports using Crystal Reports. I have started to define the requirements and have come to the point that I would like some help formulating the document into a more clear and proper specificiation. I will then post it on rentacoder for a seperate project to actually create the reporting module. This will be an itterative process. The result should be a clear specification for the reports that any experienced Crystal Reports programmer could use to quickly and accurately create the desired reports. ## Deliverables 1) A clear description of the database structure including tables and fields to be used 2) Sample screen layouts for each level of report "views" (not to exceed 10). 3) Clear descriptions of each programming function and how it is to be implemented. (to include but not limited to Print, Plot, Save, Sort etc.). Not to exceed 20. 4) A clear description of the user interface and function flow of the reports. ## Platform Windows 2000 or XP
