Codeigniter Report from MySQL

Overview - I have an existing website built on the WAMP platform & using the Codeigniter framework (with Grocery_CRUD), that allows customers to make bookings for couriers to pickup goods and then allows the couriers to enter their daily run details. Summary - I require a single report - Courier Run Report - to be developed that: 1) Is accessed via a web browser and will be located with the existing reports on the 'Reports' drop down menu of the main page of the existing website. 2) Asks a user to select a date range (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, etc) and the date range selection boxes should be similar to the one used in the existing report. 3) Queries the existing database (cb) and returns only the results for the date rage selected. 4) Queries the following three tables in the existing cb database: a)courier_run b)courier_pickup c)courier_run_code Note: The information returned comes from all three tables so a JOIN or multiple JOINs may be required 5) Displays the following columns in the report, from the following fields: [login to view URL] courier_run.total_time courier_run.total_kms [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] courier_pickup.number_of_bags 6) Changes the display name of the columns to be more 'user friendly': Date Total Time Total KMs Run Code Courier Run ID Samples Number of Bags 7) Returns/Displays the results in a similar time to the following SQL query that returns the information required: SELECT [login to view URL],courier_run.total_time,courier_run.total_kms, [login to view URL],[login to view URL],[login to view URL], courier_pickup.number_of_bags FROM courier_run JOIN Courier_run_code ON [login to view URL] = [login to view URL] JOIN courier_pickup ON courier_pickup.courier_run = [login to view URL] WHERE [login to view URL] BETWEEN '2012-12-01' AND '2012-12-31' AND total_kms > 0 ORDER BY [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 8) Displays the results in user selectabled groups of either 10,25,50,75,100 as per the existing report. I understand that this is standard css/js/jquery fuctionality that is provided by Codeigniter or Grocery_CRUD 9) Is written/developed in a similar way to the exisitng report and the rest of the website. The website has been developed using Codeignitor and Grocery_CRUD so this is what I expect would be used for the new report. 10) Code should include comments in English where practical and not be encrypted. System Details - WAMP Server 2.2 Apache v2.2.21 MySQL v5.5.20 PHP v5.3.9 Codeigniter v2.1.0 Grocery_CRUD v1.1.7 Windows Server 2008R2 64bit
