Code Igniter (PHP Website bugs)

We have a school website done with Code Igniter, PHP,with a CMS, and it has a few bugs that are mysteriously showing up sometimes: 1. We get an error sometimes, while uploading a photo "The upload destination folder does not appear to be writable." 2. When we want to list the photo albums, we choose the year, but not all of them are shown. the listing is limited to 10 and the rest are not showing up. (check Listing.JPG. when u click on page 2 or 3, the other albums wont show up here). 3. Finally, we need to change a link URL address from the website menu (Front End) , so when you click Gallery from the menu, it will open up the new year photos, not the old URL. We need someone experienced with Code Igniter. thank you!
