develop simple PHP website

I need a PHP developer that can design and develop a simple website for me. The design will be similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] a fusion of both ( I will explain details to the developer selected) You will design the homepage 3 other pages The backend will have the following functions 1. I need a countdown function that is similar to what you have here [login to view URL] 2. I want the contact us form to be the same as what you have here; [login to view URL] 3. The design of the homepage should look like this; [login to view URL] 4. I want the “like us” on facebook pluggin, “follow us” on twitter, and linkedln. (this will be on the footer of the page) 6. Create a border on the left and right hand of the homepage so i can display adverts there. 7. I want the “HIT COUNTER” function and the “users online” function just as it is here; [login to view URL] 8. A function to email ONLY VALID REGISTERED subscribers each day. When subscription is not valid, they should not get the email for that day 9. Customers login page (dashboard), should contain only 3 tabs >>>> Tips for the day >>>> Subscribe for more tips (Links to payment page) >>>>Signout 10. A backend form where admin can input tips for the day before the system sends it to subscribers. ( this will be like a table) 11. Admin report page that shows >>>How many people are currently online >>>How many valid subscribers for that day 12. A function that will send a free tip to only valid subscribers for the previous day. This will be an “on demand” function, can only be called by the super admin after enter admin password and super-admin password. 13. I need to integrate a payment gateway 14. A way to edit tables from the back end and it will show in the front end the content (Read only) of the table. I need this completed within 3- 5 days. No middle men or intermediaries, i want only actual developers.
