I need code to create an interactive, animated and responsive pie chart or doughnut chart which can be easily integrated into existing websites.
As the user scrolls to the part of the website, the slices of pie need to float in. When hovered over, each slice should show some small animation, with a tooltip which can enable the options of a image, a short description, and if necessary a hyperlink to another webpage/image etc.
Integration and responsiveness is key as is the ability to change the values of the chart easily and to look modern and sleek.
