CakePHP Site - CSS Update (PSD / AI Provided)

We would like to update our page [login to view URL] with some new designs. This is a CakePHP site and you will need to be an expert in CakePHP to do this work. You will also have to be a CSS expert. You should be able to complete this project in 1 day. The new designs are attached. Here is the project. Update the page [login to view URL] so that the RECOMMENDED MIXTAPES along the top look the same as the designs. These images should display in a horizontal line of 5. The PLAY button and PLUS SIGN are on hover and work the same way the existing play button does. The MP3 NAME links to the artist page like it does currently. Below the black line with filters, the mixtapes should display like the attachement and as above. This is a horizontal line of 5. The number of vertical rows should be 7. There are filters on this page. Of course the design will be the same regardless of filter selection. At the bottom of the page, a new page list will be created. This will be aligned to the center of the page.
