bar code scanning software needed

Hi, I have a program request for a Windows program to be developed. It is quite easy and straight forward **description : ** Barcode reading software which registers when a certain code has been scanned or not. When it has not been scanned yet, it registers when (date + hour) When it has been scanned already, it gives an alert message (saying when it had been scanned before) The main purpose is that a certain barcode cannot be scanned twice. **requirements :** **-** installer/uninstaller - software must be able to be minimized - only runs when software is 'in focus' (so when not minimized) - beeps when already scanned (standard PC beep is ok) - keyboard configuration file for numbers : when caps lock is on/off, software should still work. This means that 1234567890 = &é"'(§è!ç? (Belgian keyboard). Store the text as scanned, the numbers as numbers. This should be configurable in .ini file. - screen 1 : overview of already scanned barcodes : with option to select all lines, select a few lines + 'delete selected' button. Last scans are shown on top - screen 2 : alert message (pop-up) **remarks :** - the barcode scanner is just a device which is attached to the keyboard : it just returns the characters as they would have been entered by the keyboard.
