Looking for LGPL Chat UI

I'm looking for an LGPL or similarly licensed source code for a yahoo-like chat interface - server not actually needed but a nice touch. The Chat UI Window must look similar to Yahoo Messenger. The Friends/Who Logged-In window just also look similar to Yahoo Messenger but only needs the top two tabs. One tab has to say who is logged in and the other is a full address book including those not logged. Status is only required for people logged in. The other tab is just an address book UI. There is no need for webcam, games, or voice modes. Only a need for chat, file sending and chat conference mode. The LGPL-like Open Source Communication Library that you must use is the ACE Framework (link is below). You will need to do some minimal wrappers to use it with C# because it is C++.
