Data Matchback software

Build a software application that will Match Back a name and postal address we provide, and return current accurate, phone numbers, e-mails, and and additional missing data, such as possible addresse update, relatives of that person, age, work history, education, cellular, etc. etc. social media profile links, and an entire return search that digs any/all public records databases to return as MUCH detail as possible on that user to create a single profile...this should be able to append/load results to/from a csv file, datebase, etc..
