Hi, I want to integrate video playback in my games, and for this I need a c/c++ library that provides me these functions. I need a playback library without any license restrictions that will run under windows and later also on Mac. So the best would be if you have the possebilety to write your own video format. If you will develop the video format your own the Library should use OpenAL and OGG/Vorbis for audio and any good image compression format for the video. The Sample Application should playback audio trough openal. Also the format should support non audio videos, where only the video is saved in the file. What you should deliver: Video Playback Library Sample Application (Windows) It should show the Video Playback in an OpenGL Window and you should have the possibility to switch the video to play on the full window or on a 3d cube. Converter Application (Windows) If you make your own format we need a converter from avi to this format. This converter can use windows specific code, as it only has to run under windows. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
