Collapsable panel .NET component!

Hi, I want a collapsable .NET Panel component/Control to be developed just like the one you see in the Windows XP explorer ( open up XP explorer and click on the Folders button and you will see a view inthe left hand side, which is basically a panel with collapsable display view. I need the complete functionality as is in the explorer - should be able to collapse by clicking on the image or clicking on the title bar of a view. Also all the properties should be customizable - colors, text, images etc. Also it should support Alpha blending. Just play around with that view in your windows explorer and you will see what features I am looking for. I actually needed an ActiveX component - but I could not see any bidders for that work and hence have decided to propose a .NET version of the work and I will use it in Win32 from .NET using .NET SDK tools. I need this component to be developed in 100% Visual C# as a Windows Control library or class library. I need the source code fully commented and variable and method names chosen should be intutive.
