Autotrader of Interactive Brokers

I need a piece of software that will interface with a broker API to send and receive data

the program must also be able to read text file and re-direct the data in the files to the API

the project also must have some sort of global variable , DLL that will work in Tradestation and allow me to access data from the program in tradestation

several examples of these curretnly exist i beleive

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).

Auto Trade Program

the software must have a user interface or form on start that will show a log and all the transaction history.

the software - called autotrader or "AT" will have a connect button and will conncet to the API on start up. It will make certain calls to the API and begin getting values for the global variables. It will also check for cetain text files

every 250 Milliseconds, this setting must be adjustable.

When a new order instruction occurs in the text file, depending upon the name of text file the AT will take the values and re-direct to the API of the brokerage firm. The text file will have all the required values except an order ID which must be had requested from the API.

When this occurs the AT must also communicate with the API, make certain requests and handle data coming back. This data must be stored in variables that can be accessed by my trading software.. Tradestation. There currently exist some DLL that I think will work for this. The data that needs to be accessed is the following.

Order ID, Bid, bid size, ask, ask size, orderstatus.. all this is easily retreivable from the API but the key is that I must be able to access this from the tradestation software..

This project is time sensitve if done on time and properly a bonus will be paid
