Active Directory Administrator

My project has the following idea :-

I want a program which can be used by a range of people for administrating Active Directory. The program should be able to have various functions turned on and off depending on the level of access that the user will have, eg - full admin, user password change, account unlocking, etc.

The program is aimed at giving people various access option to active directory features - ranging from a full blown administrator to a person in a library who can unlock an account.

The program must have different access levels which will be password protected so that different people can login at any time and have their own features enabled or disabled.

I need the program to look and feel very professional and be very very easy to use (remember - a person from a library might use it). I am looking for a coder that can offer me new ideas and suggestions for my project and make my program great.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

windows 2000, windows XP in a windows 2000 server or windows 2003 server environment.
