This project requires a detailed and specific understanding of how USD credit cards are processed.
The project is this.
Assume that I have three stores, one in the Bahamas, one in Panama and one in Florida.
When processing credit cards at these stores I pay twice as much in the Bahamas and Panama as I do in Florida. 4% v 2%
Therefore when a customer comes into the store in Bahamas I would like the option to process their credit card in Florida using that Merchant I.D. rather than in the Bahams. I also want the ability to process the card in the Bahamas if I want.
Therefore I am looking for a P.C. based credit processing software.
I will have to be able to track from which of the three stores ( it could be 300 stores - it is just 3 in this example )the purchase came from and I need to monitor each credit card payment through the settlement process so that I know to allocate the cash received to that store. So there is a back - end monitoring / admin side to this project as well.
Answers such as " Sir, we can do this project " are not going to win the project, you need to convince me that you have the detailed knowledge and qualifications to build this.
If you know of software that already does this I will pay for that information.

There are many different cc merchant accounts. The only limitations that you may have are with the banks you are dealing with in the first place. If one is charging 2% and the other 4%, why not just switch banks. As Lebih banyak
