App for update DB Oscommerce

I need an expert that really knows how to create an update method for mysql oscommerce. I have a file going from 20.000 to 70.000 records and i need it to synchronise with oscommerce DB. My oscommerce is heavily modified so we have lot of extra fields and tabs. I don't have attributes installed. I need this 'update' (update, delete and create new records) to be automatically scheduled. You can decide either you create a special update application or something else. All will be run automatically. Note someone already accepted this project before and could NOT make it so you need to know what you are doing and have experience with this. Job should be done within 3 days! Only apply if you can meet the requirements. Apply by writing 'bid_osc' so i know it is not an automatic or robot bid. You are free to use any programming skill you like. As long it is working stable and could be triggered by my own delphi application. (delphi will start your exe) GOOD LUCK!
