I need a hardware chip (or any other interface) that will connect to a NOKIA phone (we can pick a model together, another manufacturer is also possible), and encrypt all the voice data transfered to another device. This chip will be on both side phones of course. The chip will have to change the hash code and report the change in a secure way to the other chip on the other side. The user should be able to control when to enter this "secure" mode and when to bypass the chip and talk normally. The purpose of this developement is to secure the calls between a pre determined set of 2 cellular phones and avoid anyone else listening to the call.
Requirements list
1. High quality (at least 128Bit) private key / public key encryption.
2. Smooth call audio on both sides of the call
3. Support call waiting calls.
4. Easy activation / deactivation of the encryption
5. Support non encrypted calls to phones that don't have the hardware.
