Combine sip dialer and openvpn

combine Cssip dialer with openvpn and integrate with asterisk a2billing. (all are open source) 1- combine Csipdialer with openvpn (available with open source) so both run together. 2- all openvpn certificates and configs must be hard coded 3- openvpn auto reconnect always 4- remove openvpn notification in phone task bar 5- remove all unwanted config options in the dialer 6- sip server address hard coded. 7- CSip dialer with gingerbread theme. 8- g.729 codecs (main) GSM, PCMu, PCMa, speex, codecs. Asterisk a2billing integration 1- show user balance from Asterisk a2billing on the main screen. 2- new user registration integrated with a2billing 3- login with email id and password.
