We need an online payment system similar to paypal, with enhanced features such as bill payment, and stored value card management (gift card program) to track account usage. Should offer account to account transfer, ACH, reports, balance, funding options capable via different ecurrencies, provide for online merchant account interface for purchases (api link), good security, authenticated registration confirmation, authenticated purchase, withdrawal, deposits, full range of management features adjustable per account or across the user db, ability to issue accounts under a sub-account for adding funds (such as a virtual gift card) . Please do not try to sell me a solarpay script. If I want a canned script I will go to the appropriate site and buy it. If you have a script and can enhance it, ensure it's secure and can make it into a gift card/stored-value card platform as well, then let's talk.
