Digital Radiology Teaching File - Repository

This is a web-based solution - .ASPX C# Microsoft .NET Academic Radiologists and Radiology Residents create what are called "teaching files' or Interesting cases which include textual information as well as digital images and other media. Typically teaching files are authored using Microsoft word or PowerPoint which limits the ability to share and exchange or keep the cases current. There are two main components to the peerVue solution: 1. peerVue the windows based desktop teaching file publisher 2. Web-based caseNet Teaching File Server-repository. We are seeking a programmer who can assist our developer with the development of the web-based caseNet teaching File Server-repository - "caseNet". (NOTE a second project may be available for the peerVue Client) The peerVue solutions “caseNet?? is the database structure that receives all published radiology teaching cases, stores them in the database and allows users to search an view cases via the web. This system will also act as the administration tool for user management. All user data will be controlled with this system. SQL server is the database running on a Windows 2003 server. A complete SRS is available and approximatly 50% of the application has been developed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
