Country IP

Dear coders, I need an ASP.NET (written in VB.NET) that return the Country of my visitors of my web site ! simple as that I saw a lot of code that they connect to a web site and read those file and the Server BLOCK their ip and they are not able to check again I DO NOT WANT SUCH THAT CODES !
