Convert Snitz Forums 2000 Version 3.4.03 on ASP/MSSQL to vBulletin on PHP/MySQL. You will get a database backup from the Snitz forum (Access and MSSQL, if possible). No direct access will be available to the server or database server that hosts the Snitz version of the forum. I will provide a vBulletin License and hosting environment. All information must remain intact except user passwords. This means that all user's posts must remain married to their usernames and into the appropriate forum and topics. Users will need to reset their password using vBulletin's lost password feature in order to log into the new system. Current forum has 19,000 members and nearly 100,000 posts. CODER MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY AND EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. I WILL NOT ACCEPT BIDS FROM CODERS WHO SIMPLY POST A FORM RESPONSE. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE REQUEST AND GIVE EXAMPLES OF YOUR PREVIOUS WORK THAT IS SIMILAR, OR A SUMMARY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PORTFOLIO ITEMS TO MATCH THIS REQUEST.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in working for on provided hosting as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
