Comprehensive Reciprocal Link Directory

This should be a very simple project for the programmer or team that knows what the name of what they are doing. I would like to have a comprehensive link directory with 3 parts to it. Users will have the ability to purchase links on 2 levels. The first level will be text ads on every page under a section labeled "Recomended Sites" for a monthly fee. The second level will be a "Permanent Listing" in One Category under "Most Relevant Links" where we'll have a maximum of 20 links per category. This is a one time pay only amount with a guranteed inclusion. And finally the Reciprical Linking section where users will be able to place one of our link codes on their site and then submit their site to ours for submission to our directory. There will also be space available in the template for paid banner ads or google adsense ads if I choose to put them there. There should be a backend administrator panel for me to access the information, add links banners, affiliate adds, monitor member, add blog entries, and make any necessary edits. You can see a complete directory that I would like this modeled after at [login to view URL] I would like to have this built for one particular site I have in mind...but I would like to be able to set it up on another 20 sites of mine quickly and easily once it is up and running on the first site. However, this bid is for creation and installation for one site only. If you disect the [login to view URL] site this will give you the exact format for each of the pages and the navigation that I am looking for. Essentially, the successful bidder will be able to re-create this directory in its entirety (without the links) to be used on my site(s). Thank you for bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must work on either unix or windows servers.
