We are currently using a Document Review system created by a student as a class project. We need to have this converted or duplicated into a self-contained ASP site. The application needs to be able to use a DSNLess connection string, eith an MSAccess or SQL Database, and not require any outside DLLs or OCXs to register. To see a demo of the current project, you can go to [url removed, login to view] . There are two parts of the site currently. A submittal site, and a reviewer site. The submittal site assigns an ID for each paper, the reviewer site is all the back end stuff. UPDATE (Mar 38, 2003): I have added test users to the site. By going to the URL above, you can see how to gain entry for the review system. The submittal part is just the beginning of the process, the review system is really the heart of the site. Please revisit the site so that you may adjust your bids accordingly. I think most of the bidders were going by what they saw on the submittal pages. In the interest of fairness, I would liek for you to get a better feel of the actual size of the site before you make your final bid. Attached is also a ZIP file with the current directory structure as it exists now.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working site as complete source code of all work done. 2) Completely documented source code for outside coders to do future modifications. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) An SQL Script to create the default database structure from scratch. 5) A blank MS-ACCESS DB structure to start a site from scratch. 6) A single "Setup" page that will ask for information about the site and allow for initial data to be created and entered into either of the two database formats.
