Coders Needed For Project

Hi there! I need expert coders to work on a project i have. I can not go into great detail yet but the work involved will not be hard for any expert coder. Maybe altering a flash and html website/template with a few functionality and database involvement. I will need a team of coders and u must be expert at programming and available for work whenever i choose. This project is not for the single coder working on their own, i am looking for a team. Start of this project could be anytime so u must be available whenever i say. No timewasters. U must be expert coders so plz only top coders who have good rating on RAC. U must provide examples of your work and they must be your own work with proof that it is your company which created it. If i am satisfied, there is the potential to work on a more regular basis on potentially huge projects worth hundreds of dollars. Contact is very important and u must be communicating with me on a regular basis. Updates must be given everyday and u must be available to speak online all the time. This is essential. Good luck! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc.
