C# Class to Return Thumbnail Images on Website

We need C# DLL created that contains a set of classes that will allow us to instantiate an object, call a method, and return a set of thumbnail images of each and every page on that website. ? The method should allow us to pass in a URL (e.g. [url removed, login to view]) and the enumerated, predefined thumbnail size (provided by us) and then the code should spider all internal links to other webpages (DO NOT thumbnail document types like PDF) in that particular site only. ? It should not spider outside that site.
1. I want a C# dll that have a method for retrieving thumbnail image from the site that I pass to method.
2. I pass url and size of thumbnail image.
3. Your code find this type of thumbnail image in this website only.
4. Method return me that thumbnail image.
You will be required to follow our coding standards that will be uploaded to the winning bid. ? Our document contains basic items like naming conventions and documentation standards. ? We expect that each class and each method will be fully and completely documented.
This DLL MUST be optimized to spider the site and return images in as an efficient manner as possible. ? Quickness will be a requirement and we expect sub-second response time and want to be able to snapshot at least 10-20 screens a second at a minimum.?
