CSV/XLS File mapper converter

We have a web application that currently imports pricing in a specific CSV file format. We have a number of customers that have files in a variety of formats some in XLS, some in tab demlited, some in CSV file format. We want to build a program that can be used over and over, for different customers. The goal is to be able to bulid an interface rather quickly. So multiple issue. First is that the program should be able to be passed the files that it can deal with. So for example Step one...any preprocessing command that may need to be done Step two...parse file... Step Three build common CSV file making sure to deal with any problems that may arrise from file...to many lines, blank spaces, commmas, quotes, to many decimal places, etc...need to create? list of problems Step three post processing command Step two is what we see should be the only custom part from customer to customer You may need to develop two web screens one for uploading the data and one for presenting the data back to the user for any additional changes they may want to make ## Deliverables I have attached the first file that we would want to change...but remember the goal is to devide the application up in a way that we can use it over and over again for different imports You will see a lot of information but we only need Code Fournesur, Description, Pricing, Purchase Unit In a CSV file like above...the Euro needs to be removed from price field, in to Code filed you must keep the leading zeros, Where there are lines missing you should delete the line. If Price = NC set price to blank But key is to make sure that their is a process to deal with all strange things
