Bidding Watch ( sniping) Program to auto complete bids

There is a Business 2 Business bidding system on the web where businesses post bids for projects given. There is a deadline on the bids and the lowest bidder when project bidding time ends is automatically given the project. This system is built on JSP pages. We are a business bidding on projects in this bidding system and noticed that other bidders are using a program or a system which lets them automatically change the bid amount for a project near the projects end. This lets them change bids even at the last second of a bid. We would like to know about similar systems and would like a tutorial on it's use. There are similar programs used for Ebay bids and we're hoping you are an experienced person who already uses, or knows how to develop such a system. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
