Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program - please note, these are the minimal requirements for the first version. Then, we will need work ongoing to add and modify it. 1. Person fills out a form such as: [login to view URL] 2. Person is emailed an email like this: a. Thank you for joining the affiliate program. You can log in to your affiliate area by going to [login to view URL] and entering your affiliate ID of ________ to log in and retrieve your affiliate linking codes (banners, text, etc.) You can also enter leads manually at the above address. We will contact them and when they sign up, you will get the commission. 3. The page the affiliate sends a person to would be like [login to view URL] . On it, there would be code to place a cookie that would track where the person came from. On the confirmation page after filling out all forms, we would place the code you provide so that the lead shows as a conversion. a. Add to the form the person’s IM account (AOL, MSN, or other) b. Add paypal payment address and email address for communication 4. Person can log in and change / update their information. 5. Program shows unique clicks/leads/valid/invalid/notes/commissions total/commissions notes 6. The program links into our existing table of leads to grab the number of leads that have come in on forms. It will also grab the details per lead as being valid, invalid, notes taken by counselor, etc. 7. Our accounting department will log in and manually add commissions and put notes for what the commissions are for each month and issue payments 8. We have an admin menu to view: a. All affiliates b. Stats per affiliate – clicks, leads, etc. c. Edit affiliate info d. Change password e. Email all affiliates f. Change email or page confirmation after signup g. We already have and use a MS SQL server database which this should run off of.
