We're running a Video Chat application developed in Flash. We are looking for someone who is expert in More Advance Action Script in Flash. The changes to be done will be as follows: The changes are as follows: On the list of the members names in the chats, you can click on their name, and a little menu comes down and you have a option to private message (popup), veiw profile, ban, ignore, etc. Have option only for the owner of the room to make as moderator just for that chat Admin should be able to make moderators for all profile chats etc. Add features to it (The owner of that profile should be able to make other people moderators, everyone should be able to veiw each person profile by clicking on the username (some people can pick not to do that(owner of room)), ban feature to kick out of that room for a day, invite people to the room, (basically the features We believe that those who are proficient in Flash and Advance Action Script in Flash can do the above changes so we are looking for some one who is expert in Action Script. Best lowest bidder gets the project!
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
