Accouting website databse driven ASP/Access

Need a site which will be password protected to enter and will need to act as an accounting software and provide cusomter list/details supplier list/details, product list/details, sales invoices list and details purchase invoices list and details and customer payments and supplier payments. Also require statements to be printed like the following customer lists supplier list customer statements by date (start and end date) Supplier Stements by date (Start and end date) Outstanding balance list per customer/supplier either in credit/debt. The project needs to be completed with in 5 working days. This will be hosted on the internet. Need this to be databse driven efficent and very very user fiendly. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Thanks ## Deliverables Looking for a website which will act as accounting software. The site needs to be easy to use with uniform pages all pages need the same user friendly theme. All pages need to have a list and then a detail which should be access able by clicking on the item. ? Need printable information like customers details invoices statements for both suppliers and customers. ? Also need reports of all customers outstanding balance both in credit and in debit same for suppliers. ? This will run on the internet on a website for which space I will provide. The coder will need to provide space to host for testing. I will provide space for this to be hosted on at the end. The site needs to be password protected and database driven. ? This project is a small project and needs to be coded tested and completed with in 5 days of the project being assigned to a coder ? Modules with in the site. ? **Customers** In customers I need a from to enter customer details in a list form you should be able to click on it to get customer details. New customers can be added and removed and existing customers should be editable. Need to be able to print one customer or a complete customer list. ? Customer id Company name Contact name Address 1 Address 2 Address 3 Address 4 Address 5 Telephone number Fax Mobile Other Notes ? ? **Suppliers** Same as customers ? **Products** Same as customers with cost price and sale price product code product name description product picture Fields required are Product id Product name Description Sale price Cost price ? **Sales Invoices** Need to have a screen with a list of invoices and you can click on the invoice to see existing invoice. Can change existing invoices. ? Also create new invoices. New invoices needs to be able to pick up customer data from a drop down and populate the address fields and then should have today’s date and time stamp on it as well as an invoice number also needs products on it that can either be added from a drop down list or entered manually need quantity as well as sale price which can be changed and total price per item. Need at the bottom of the invoice a total, should have a box for delivery tax and grand total for the invoice. These invoices need to be printable. ? **Statements,** Need a screen where statements can be produced per customer for a certain time period. With a start and end date. This should list all customer sales invoices and payments made and the method how the payments has been made. ? **Customer Payments** With in customers need to have an option to record payments per customer or have a separate button to say customer payments which should give a screen to make a payment against an account which should be selected from a drop down list this should present the customer balance on screen and then should be able to enter the amount of payment and then the method of payment in form of radio buttons which would be cash, cheque, bank transfer and other. If it’s other should have a text box to record payment method. Also need a notes text box. This should be accessible per customer from the customer screen. ? **Purchase Invoices** Same as Sales invoices but don’t need detailed product information. Need following fields ? Purchase inv no Supplier name from dropdown Total amount on the invoice Delivery charge and grand total ? Supplier invoices need to be change able. And should be able to print statements per supplier for a time period. Or all supplier for a time period. ? **Supplier Payments** Same as Customer Payments
