ASP form and email

Using the documentation and files included in the zip file, here are the specifics: I want a customer to fill out a form to register for a seminar. They would be taken to the online merchant account where they enter their CC info, then both the customer and the owner are sent email confirmations of the transaction. I don't have an SSL Cert so we need to use the Gateway option. I want the customer to fill in the form ([login to view URL]), then be directed to the gateway where they will enter their CC information. Once they complete the transaction, they will be taken to either a thank you page or a sorry page (if declined) If successful, from the thank you page, I want to email the person who filled out the form and the owner with all of the variables that have been passed from the form (a Jmail example is included - [login to view URL]) with "Seminar registration" in the subject. If declined, send essentially the same email message to both parties, but include "Transaction declined" in the subject. CDONTS and CDOSYS are installed on the server. I don't know which version of Windows, but it is at least 2000. There will be 9 required fields. Don't hesitate to write with any questions.
