ASP.Net VB.Net driver download site spider

This is going to be driver download site but our site will only do the searching and keeping links to the drivers, so user can easily search for any driver and click download and download the file which is pointed to the ftp download site of the file which is not local, we will just keep links. For us to have all the drivers and all the links to the drivers and easy searching we have to have several functionality, including spiders that will go to a given ftp site and search through all the files and take the file name and search the site and put the result in our database.
