ASP.NET 2.0 Website Extention

i have a website with animation characters. i type a word, and there is a character that do moves according to the words i have typed. Today i want to make this website ajax enabled, and to apply some web services (you have to find some free webservices on the net for me), and i also want to apply some google map application (word driven search). also i want you to make an sql server 2005 db for the users and for all the articles and stuff... i also want you to propose me some more innovative features, so we can proccedd with that. i want this project to be delivered the soonest possible i am about to spend less than 100usd if possible, please, so bids around 70usd are seriously considered
