ASP.NET Module Needed

I need a dotnetnuke module created. <[login to view URL]> The main module I need work on will be similar to this flash based website. I would like to use ajax throughout the modules. The module will pull information from a firebird database. <[login to view URL]> I need something to display property information and pictures of the property. I want the thumbnail pictures that will open to a larger picture when the person puts the mouse over them. Like this site. <[login to view URL]> Depending on how this works out I will have a lot more work. More modules and help with a major website launch in the next couple of months. I would need help in setting up websites and continual development. Payment will be released once a running demo is accepted. I will own all rights to this software and source code once payment is sent.
