ASP.NET IIS Configuration -- Immediate assistance

This request is for advice regarding setting up ASP.NET apps to run on IIS. We've just moved to a dedicated server, from a shared hosting account and are having issues setting up ASP.NET and IIS just the way we want it. Previously, all files were hosted within the same application. There was a [login to view URL] at the root, which redirected the user to an appropriate sub-folder (depending on which site they were visiting). Also each of the ASPX pages were processed through the [login to view URL] file, which suited us perfectly (for various complex reasons). One of the reasons for getting the dedicated server was so that each site could have its OWN IP address (for SEO work). However it STILL needs to be processed by the main [login to view URL] file. So my question is: How can we set IIS up so that each site can come from a different sub-folder and have a separate IP address, WHILE it's still in the same application?
