ASP Classic Programmer/ Web Designer, ongoing EACH MONTH Full time, ABLE TO GIVE 40hrs /week (x 4 = 1 month) $400- $500 (for 1 month) Rate depending on experience and References. We are a UK based company selling fashion merchandise wholesale and retail, require a full time person , outsourced working on all our web orientated work, for our websites, janeojewels and neotrims, our independent sites and also on Ebay and Amazon platforms. You will be experienced in Classic ASP. You will be ALSO creative with ability to use Photoshop and to produce good visuals You will be able to communicate EFFECTIVELY in English and give daily written and verbal reports of your work. Talk with the director of work and requirements 3 times a week on skype ; note time will be UK nominated time What I expect: 1) a person of sincerity and integrity is the most important ; with a pleasant workable aura about them, good work ethics 2) Good communicator and able to comprehend things fast; with minimum explanation: a good programmer will always understand concepts fast! 3) Speed and Accuracy are both vital: you will be taking over and continuing where others have done coding previously; and you will need to build on it and grasp quickly what previous coders have done 4) You will maintain existing sites etc; as well as build new sites if required and work simultaneously on various projects at same time, delivering parts of each. 5) A CLASSIC ASP EXPERT; and with GOOD creative flare for web layout/design 6) Able to accept that nothing is really impossible; there is a solution for everything 7) I will need REFERENCES of two independent person whom you have done work for to verify your skills, experience and your work attitude; if you cant provide the names and contact details in FIRST letter of applications, do not apply. 8) I expect a detailed application showing you have read and understood this document and telling us about you , skills, qualifications, experience. Accompanied with CV and photo. ## Deliverables Typical work: 1) work on adding new attributes/ features on existing sites, constant update of content adding fresh content every 2 ? 3 days. 2) Designing marketing mails ( 3 a week) see our Mag SECTION on both our sites for examples 3) CMS update ; add new features as and when required. 4) Designing new layouts , revise web pages with new look as and when required 5) You will work on remote : RDP 6) You will have access to limited Server: so all work will be carried out on Test site: preview neotrims and preview janeojewels; uploaded there to which u have full access, tested and then approved with director and then sent to our Server Administrator to make the new approved work live ; only he has access to live sites. 7) working time is not essential as long as you are available for a few hrs each day and live on skype when we are working. 8) There are always emergency things and coding and changes for quick fixes or new content we suddenly want; you should be totally willing and proceed to do this at any time if deemed urgent! Terms: We will always with hold one half of first months salary ; to avoid sudden and un approved departure should you wish to stop working for us at any time: we expect a full 30 days notice; and failure to do so will mean loosing the amount we hold. This amount is of course reimbursed if terms are complied with. So the first month will be ONLY half project fee paid We will pay END of each month; and we will deposit funds at beginning of project in the freelancer site account.
