The scope is to make an independent software package that helps tally the cash flow from various funds/cash accounts on a daily basis along with the integration of account modules like ledgers/reports/SOAs etc
Software specification as follows, but not limited to :
As for the technical details, please refer to the below brief points:
- The developed application should be Web based however will run in an Intranet.
- The application should be developed in PHP/AJAX with database backend in MySQL.
- The developer should avoid heavy use of graphics and instead make use of CSS for colors and UI.
- Wherever necessary such as main banner, reports and etc. the developer should use graphics/images in PNG format.
- The developed UI should be pleasing, attractive and user friendly.
- The developed application should provide an option to take database backup and restore.
