Conversion from desktop to jQuery Mobile Application

I have an existing GPS Based chat application for Android, downloadable from here: ([login to view URL]) I also have a basic web based version of this app ([login to view URL]) I am looking for a developer to complete the jquery mobile/phonegap version of the application so that it can be re-released for Android and deployed for Iphone. All of the ajax, mysql, and php functions already exist in the desktop version and now only need to be implemented into the mobile layout. I have completed over 50% of the site myself with the assitance of an excellent tutor I hired but I would like to hire someone to finish the project and add some "polishing" to the site. Honestly, at the rate my tutor moved at I can see it being done in under 4. Im no expert yet I have a clear understanding of what exactly needs to be done so I should be able to answer any questions one may have in regards to the current design. This project will certainly lead to more work for whichever developer I hired. I have new features already designed that I would like to implement for the next release and I would also like to have a native version for both iphone and android developed to improve performance over the phonegap version.
