Develop a Mac Application

DEADLINE 13 MARCH 2017 I need a simple REALTIME software for use in OS X 10.9.5. I need a software to automatically click the mouse button when the colour of the pixel behind the mouse cursor changes. This should happen immediately after a color change, say 0.0000000001 or even better 0.00000000000000001 seconds. Software should be able to read pixel color not only in the software frame, but also anywhere on the screen in any menu of any software. Here is what I like to have: Software starts in deactivate mode. User moves the mouse cursor on an object on the screen out of the software frame. User then activates the function using CMD + a key. User wait for color change behind mouse cursor, without moving the mouse. Software then clicks immediately, say in less than 0.000000001 seconds, on the object when color changes. Software then deactivates and listen for CMD + a key to re-activate when needed. Number of clicks = Only 1 time. I have attached a file I wrote myself for this purpose, so you can use as a guide for getting an idea. It works, but the problem is it is not REALTIME. So sometime it clicks immediately, sometime it clicks after 0.1 seconds, sometimes .5 seconds. Not good. I want it to click in less than 0.00000000001 seconds. The faster, the better.
