Develop a Mac Application

I am uploading a MAC app here. We need an app similar to this. This app should fetch the vpn server list, protocol and port number dynamically from the web service. The functionality, features all should remain the same as this app which is uploaded here. The app should be compatible with Yosimite and Elcapitan and you would be responsible to get this app approved from Apple app store and you would remove any bug and flaws identified by Apple for uploading the app to their store.
