C# Project with ADO .Net

Software will be implemented for solving problem of Student-Course relationship which has many-to-many relationship. The program has batch operations (like reading data from text files - student or course insertion). It must be written with C# .Net 2.0 and Access 2003. Please don't write connection strings for Access 2007. Actually, I know C# very well but I don't have a time to write this project. You must write the code as well commented because I don't have time to understand what you are doing. You don't need to explain controls but you must explain like "I did bla bla here". And I want the report of the code which is defined in page 5 in attached document. If you have question mark in you mind about the report, I can send you a sample. Also I want to see your improvements in the time period. You can send me only .exe file with needeed files and sample database to test what you are doing. You can send the source codes at the end of the time period.
