Desktop API client

Need a simple desktop application built with a good looking GUI incorporating logos and artwork that will simply issue API calls towards a RESTful API service with the following features: 1. Search screen with tabs for following options: 1.a Tab Search Single IP address (enable input and adjustment of options as established by the API) 1.b Tab Bulk Search Network ranges (same as 1.a but with network blocks in CIDR format) 1.c Tab LogParse browse computer for any filetype, iterate line by line and look for IP addresses, perform API lookup and incorporate the API responses into line by line of the original file and save to disk, preferable in same format or a common format 2. GeoFilter settings This page shows current Geofilters as spesified by the API and enable a grid listing table to manipulate the geofilter rules where the application will issue the needed API requests. 3. Settings page that includes settings for URL for the API with a dropdown list of choises but one default, also insertion of APIKey instead of the default provided. adjust other settings based on API documentation The API is a very simple RESTful API that accepts inputs in form of www-url-encoded form POST containing certain values and gives JSON/XML in response. I control the API and need a desktop client packaged with installer, I will supply the certs to have it installed on windows with signatures. Support for major current Windows versions is needed. Creativity is welcomed and allowed from someone with expertise in windows desktop development.
