Loyalty Management System We want to Develop an Loyalty Management Application which will be hosted on Our Server and will provide following functionality. 1. It should be Smart Card Based (with Chip) OR Magenetic Card Based 2. We need to Develop a Webservice which will be hosted on our Server. This Service will process following transactions a. Purchase Transaction (Purchased by Customer On POS Till) i. Parameters Passed 1. Card No 2. Purchase Type (0 – POS Sales, 1 – Manual Adjustment) 3. Item Part No 4. Qty 5. Purchase Amount 6. Branch ID/Site ID 7. Password 8. Till ID 9. User ID 10. Document No. ii. Response 1. Card No 2. Branch ID/Site ID 3. Password 4. Response ID 5. Response Text 6. Opening Balance 7. Points Earned 8. Closing Balance b. Inquiry – (Inquiry Of Points Accumulated) i. Parameters Passed 1. Card No 2. Branch ID/Site ID 3. Password 4. Till ID 5. User ID ii. Response 1. Card No 2. Response Id 3. Response Text 4. Points Closing Balance 5. Equivalent Amount c. Redeem i. Parameters Passed 1. Card No 2. Branch ID/Site ID 3. Password 4. Till ID 5. User ID 6. Redeem Type (0 – POS Transaction, 1 – Manual Adjustment) 7. Redeem Points ii. Response 1. Card No 2. Response Id 3. Response Text 4. Opening Balance 5. Redeemed Points 6. Closing Balance 7. Redeem Amount 3. With each Of above activity Data will be Logged into specific Tables with relevant Information 4. Also system should book Accounting Liability of Equivalent Amount 5. We needs to Develop a Server Interface which will be used for following Activity a. Customer Enrollment i. Customer Details (Salutation, Names, Contact Details, Identity Details, etc…) ii. Unique Card No Allocated iii. (With Proper Approval Flow) b. Items Details i. Item Part No ii. Name iii. Details, etc… c. Various Scheme Setup to Earn Points i. If Item X, then Per Y Amount Customer will get Z Points, etc… ii. Duration Of scheme d. Various Scheme Setup for Redeeming Of Points i. If Item X , then Per Y Points Customer will get Z Amount ii. Duration Of Scheme 6. We need a Client Component Developed in C#/VB.NET which will Provide Various Input forms for following activity a. Manual Purchase b. Manual Redeem c. Points Inquiry, etc… d. It Should also Provide Functionality to Read Smart Cards & Write Back relevant Details
