I need someone to write the C# code which will receive a file upload from a basic .aspx page, encrypt the file with AES, and upload it to Azure Blob storage. This process will need to handle large files (up to 1 or 2 GB). The file cannot be saved to the filesystem. Additionally, the reverse will be needed: get the encrypted file from Azure Blob storage, decrypt the file, and send it back to the browser for download.
