client-server application (apache tomcat + android)

I have a client-server application: android client sends to the server the GPS coordinates. The server sends messages to the client, when the client is in the near of the specified places. The server and the client sides are done, but both sides have some bugs. These bugs have to be corrected. The client is sending the UN/PWD and the coordinates to the server in every 60 minutes. Bugs which I found: - the client does not receive messages on the android 4.1.2; - the client is sending sometimes datas to the server side without coordinates; - when the clients lost the connection with the server side (because of a network error) the client should make a sigin again - this should be automatically. - the application is running in background, but when the client smartphone is restarted, the client application should be started manually - this should be automatically also.
